EXP: i dont have alot of experience but i have seen how to be a gm i have friends who have and stuff like that

What makes you think you can be a GM in DevilSourceMS?: IDK ill have fun with the players. have events, i wouldnt do anything that would make the server crash. ill be active on Dsms.
